At Kathmandu, Nepal
The Secretary General of BIMSTEC Tenzin Lekphell paid a courtesy call on the Hon. Minister for Foreign Affairs of Nepal, H.E. Mr. Narayan Prakash Saudon 20 June 2023 in Kathmandu, Nepal. During the call, discussions was focused on enhancing regional cooperation among the Member States to make the BIMSTEC process more effective. The Secretary General appreciated Nepal’s contribution to advancing the BIMSTEC process. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Dhan Bahadur Oli, Joint Secretary, Regional Organizations Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
Prior to the call, Secretary General also met with Foreign Secretary of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal, H.E. Mr. Bharat Raj Paudyal.
