The Third Meeting of the BIMSTEC Network of Policy Think Tanks (BNPTT) was held at the BIMSTEC Secretariat, Dhaka, Bangladesh on 22-23 April 2017.

BNPTT Members from all the Member States such as, Centre for Policy Dialogue (CPD), Bangladesh; Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies (RIGSS), Bhutan; Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS), India; Myanmar Institute of Strategic and International Studies (MISIS), Myanmar; Centre for Economic Development and Administration (CEDA), Nepal; Institute of Policy Studies of Sri Lanka (IPS), Sri Lanka and Indian Studies Center of Chulalongkorn University (ISCCU) Thailand; attended The Meeting. The Meeting finalized the text of the draft Terms of Reference (ToR) for the BNPTT for submission to the Eighteenth Session of the BIMSTEC Senior Officials Meeting (SOM).
