The 8th Meeting of the BIMSTEC Permanent Working Committee (BPWC) was held on 25th February 2025. Chaired by Thailand, the BPWC, inter alia, discussed matters related to the Sixth BIMSTEC Summit and related Meetings, scheduled to be held in Bangkok from 2-4 April 2025 as well as implementation of the Report of the Eminent Persons Group.
