The 3rd Meeting of the BIMSTEC Sub-Group on Human Trafficking was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on 6–7 April 2025.
The sub-Group discussed implementation of the Plan of Action to Combat Human Trafficking; establishment of a secure and interactive digital platform on trafficking-related matters; and Standard Operating Procedures for rescue and repatriation of victims of human trafficking.
