A three-day Capacity Development Programme on “Carbon Market, Trading, and Accounting” is being organized by BIMSTEC, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank and the Royal Government of Bhutan, from 23–25 April 2025 in Thimphu, Bhutan. Over 40 participants from BIMSTEC Member States are attending the programme.
