The 4th BIMSTEC Track 1.5 Security Dialogue was held during 06–07 May 2025 in New Delhi. In his inaugural address, BIMSTEC Secretary General underscored the salience of Security Dialogue in advancing regional security cooperation and outlined the initiatives and achievements of regional cooperation under BIMSTEC in security sector, led by India.
Co-organized by National Security Council Secretariat of India and Vivekananda International Foundation, the Dialogue brought together security experts from BIMSTEC member States and think tanks to explore new avenues for collaboration to deal with the evolving security challenges.
