4th Meeting of the BIMSTEC Expert Group on Cultural Cooperation (BEGCC) was held on 24–25 February 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand. It discussed establishment of a BIMSTEC Network of Cultural Institutions. creation of BIMSTEC Digital Cultural Heritage Sites and a framework for coordinated cultural promotion activities to commemorate 30th Anniversary of BIMSTEC.
