The 3rd Meeting of the BIMSTEC Expert Group on the Himalayan Science Council (EG-HSC), held virtually in India on 24 September 2026, finalized the Concept Paper for the establishment of the BIMSTEC Himalayan Science Council and discussed the way forward for the early establishment of the proposed Council.
