The Second Workshop on Promoting Agricultural Trade and Investment among BIMSTEC member States was held virtually on December 24, 2024. The participants comprising experts on agriculture from the member States discussed actionable strategies for addressing barriers and enhancing agricultural trade.
The workshop organised by Bangladesh was aimed at exploring opportunities for advancing regional agriculture trade through collaboration, innovation, and sustainable practices to contribute towards ensuring food security and strengthening economic resilience in the region.
