The BIMSTEC Youth Leaders Summit 2025 is being held in Guwahati, India, from 9–12 September. Hosted by the Bharat Scouts and Guides under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, the Summit was inaugurated by Assam Governor Shri Lakshman Prasad Acharya. Bringing together 70 emerging changemakers from BIMSTEC member States, the Summit serves as a platform for dialogue, collaboration, and youth leadership across the Bay of Bengal region.
