The 3rd Meeting of the BIMSTEC Expert Group on Science, Technology and Innovation Cooperation was held in Colombo on 11–12 September 2025.
It reviewed progress in implementation of the BIMSTEC Plan of Action on cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation Sector (2023–2027), shared national experiences on advancing evidence-based governance and discussed the regional assessment report, BIMSTEC Start-Up Conclave and operationalisation of the Technology Transfer Facility.
