BIMSTEC Secretary General, H.E. Indra Mani Pandey addressed the 4th Bay of Bengal Economic Dialogue organized by Research and Information System for Developing Countries (RIS) on 16th January 2026 in New Delhi, India. He emphasized the need for regional cooperation to navigate global uncertainties and highlighted that collective action is vital for realizing the SDGs and building a resilient, prosperous Bay of Bengal region.
