BIMSTEC Secretary General H.E. Tenzin Lekphell who is scheduled to conclude his three-year term in November 2023 paid a farewell call on the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand H.E. Sihasak Phuangketkeow at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand in Bangkok on 24 October 2023. Thailand currently holds the Chairmanship of BIMSTEC.
