The Second Meeting of the BIMSTEC Cultural Industries Commission (BCIC) was held on 10 March 2025 in Thimphu, Bhutan. The Meeting finalized the draft Organogram for the BIMSTEC Cultural Industries Observatory (BCIO) and the Terms or References (ToR) for the appointment of Director, Professional and General Service Staff as well as their emoluments and other administrative & financial matters. It also deliberated on the potential areas of cooperation under the BCIO.
