The Ambassador for Thailand to Bangladesh, Makawadee Sumitmor, paid a courtesy call on the Secretary General of BIMSTEC, Tenzin Lekphell, at the BIMSTEC Secretariat on 05 October 2021. During the meeting, the Ambassador informed the Secretary General about Thailand's preparations to assume the Chairmanship of BIMSTEC.
