The Secretary General of BIMSTEC, Tenzin Lekphell, who is presently on an official visit to Nepal, visited the SAARC Secretariat in Kathmandu on 03 January 2022 and engaged in discussions with the Secretary General of SAARC, Esala Weerakoon and officials at the Secretariat, on a series of issues including possible Secretariat-level cooperation between the two Organisations.
