A special meeting of the BIMSTEC Permanent Working Committee (BPWC) was held virtually on 23 January 2023 with the participation of all BIMSTEC Member States. The participating officials representing the respective Ministries of Foreign Affairs of BIMSTEC Member States discussed and made progress towards finalising the BIMSTEC Rules of Procedure for the Organisation's conduct of external relations.
