The 8th meeting of the Sub-Group on Narcotics Drugs, Psychotropic Substances, and Precursor Chemicals was held in New Delhi on 19-20 December 2024. The Meeting discussed the BIMSTEC Plan of Action on Drug Control and BIMSTEC Annual Drug Report and underscored the importance of strengthening inter-agency coordination & regional cooperation to combat illicit drug trafficking and misuse.
